When the client registers an account on the website www.rozaliabot.com the customer agrees with the related Terms and Conditions. The customer may choose to receive or not advertising material from our company. Waiver of the option to receive advertising material may be expressed by the customer at any time by accessing the option in this sense (see “Unsubscribe”)

Orders

Following the placing of the order, the customer receives by e-mail a notification from www.rozaliabot.com with the registration of the order on our website, which is to be confirmed by the customer and forwarded to the e-mail address from where the notification about the order registration was sent.

The execution time of a product is 15 working days(the embroideries are made by hand) since the reception of the order confirmation. 

The payment for the selected items is made in advance, after the order is placed; delivery of the finished products will be made after the deadline set for the execution of the garment.

At the moment of dispatch or in case the product may be delivered earlier than the established term, the client will be notified by e-mail about such delivery.

The prices are in EURO, USD and RON. To the value of the ordered product the transport fee will be added, so the client has to pay the total amount containing the price of the order plus the transport charge. The transport cost is established for each country separately and may be found here.

Return of product

A standard order (available on stock and, usually, an S size) may be returned in maximum 14 calendar days from reception of order, so that the product arrives at the seat of www.rozaliabot.com at least on the 14th day since the reception of the parcel by the client. The return will be accepted only if the product is presented in its initial original status, in the original package, with the enclosed accessories and labels, without any deterioration caused by wear and washing, with the return form filled in. The returned product must contain in the parcel the invoice with which it was purchased. In this sense, we insist on the client to verify and test on the clothing at the moment of arrival, before removing any labels or items enclosed. We take no responsibility for damages caused by transportation. When the return arrives at the seat of www.rozaliabot.com, the product will undergo a quality control following which the customer will be notified by e-mail about the conclusions. Should there be no vices like the ones listed above, the full restitution of the order’s price will be processed on the same card as originally used for payment, which may take between 12-15 working days since the date of the notification received by the client. Should the client refuse to take back the product again, www.rozaliabot.com, reserves the right to keep it.

The shipping cost for the return of the order will be covered by the client.

The returned products are not replaceable.

All products bearing the ROZALIA BOT trademark, except for the available ones, on stock, are being manufactured based on customized orders, meaning that they are made according to the specific sizes and/or the preferences of the customer, for a perfect match. 

In order to find the appropriate matching size, you must review the size table or, in case of a customized order, you must follow the steps shown in the graphic with specific sizes. As a general rule, after placing a customized order, the customer will be contacted by a specialist to check the correctness of the size related information, forwarded in the order.

The customized order (done by the particular sizes of the client or having different options than the presented standard item found on stock) CANNOT be returned, according to the Government's Urgent Ordinance no.34/2014, art.16, paragraph C, "the products manufactured by the specifications of the customer, or specialy customized products cannot be returned".

www.rozaliabot.com reserves the right to select their clientele, at any moment without further explanations.
